Pick from major timecode formats in DF and NDF: 23.98 NDF, 24.0 NDF, 25.0 NDF, 29.97 DF, 29.97 NDF, 30.0 NDF, 50.0 NDF, 59.94 DF, 59.94 NDF and 60.0 NDF.
The algorithm for TimeCode adds the frames properly to a frame accurate level.
